Returns / Exchanges

Our store policy is that all sales are final. Any issues (wrong size/defective item/wrong item/item missing) with products are handled on a case-by-case basis, please contact us with the order number and issue.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped with 2-4 business days of being placed, delays can occur during peak shopping seasons or after a large release. Shipping rates across the board is handled by weight and dimensions of items purchased. Shipping rates are subject to changes, as USPS and other methods of shipping change their pricing.

U.S Orders

U.S order are typically delivered in 2-4 business days, delays can occur during severe weather conditions and during national holidays. All U.S orders are shipped with tracking.

International Orders

While Canada is international these order are typically delivered faster in about 4-9 business days. All other international orders are delivered in an estimated timeframe of 7-21 business days. All international orders are shipped with tracking. International order have the name of the items and the price of the item and are sometimes subject to customs fees / duties. Vautour does not hold any responsibility for these duties. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order. Order can be reshipped at the cost of shipping by customer.

Sizing

Sizing charts will be available on each product page, measurements are in inches. Any additional questions or to inquire about adding a size that is not currently available please contact us.

Care

Wash items on cold and dry on the lowest heat setting possible or hang dry.

Payment

We accept most major credit card, PayPal is an offered payment method, and Sezzle is available aswell. Sezzle is a buy now pay later payment method, you pay 1/4 of your order total at check out and your item still ships in a timely manner. You pay the remaining 3/4 of the order total over 6 week period, in 2 week increments.

Restocks

Black color ways for items will be restocked periodic, Other color ways for items we currently have no restock plans in mind.
